Staff Bios...
Mike (Owner & General Manager)New to the alcohol industry, Mike brings a plethora of different industry backgrounds, from business management, construction & renovation, optics, healthcare and the list goes on…. He is also new to Osoyoos and diving in headfirst to engage with the community. He is truly involved in the overall operations of the Distillery and will outcook anyone on the smoker. If you haven’t been in for his famous Brisket yet, you are missing out!!

Amber (Office Manager)Amber is a BC native, with a love for all things nature. Born and raised on the West Coast, she fell into the Financial Sector, where a background in Administration, customer service and Wealth Management played a role for 20 years. When the opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a Distillery came her way, she couldn’t refuse the welcome change. In her down time, you will find her on the trails with her beloved pups or getting dirty with the horses. |

Lokesh (Head Distiller)Lokesh is an experienced distiller and an alcohol NERD. Driven by his love of alcohol, he takes pride in producing the best spirits in Canada. As a Head Distiller his goal includes to be a renown Distiller and create high class spirits. In addition to his primary job functions, he is also a certified Whisky Ambassador, Gin Ambassador, WSET2 in spirits, Jameson Irish whiskey taster and mixologist. |
